Excellent location. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean too. Natalia was very helpful and friendly. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

It is very good located, near to the main square. Clean, and staff were very helpfull.

apartment had everything we needed and decorated well. Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. All in all we are happy with our stay.
Staff should have indicated that a switch could turn off electricity in the apartment-when I tried to telephone the staff member following an outage-there was no answer. Luckily we figured out the issue ourselves.
The apartment was perhaps unsuitable for some party members who were older and unable to manage carrying luggage up stairs and had to put up with the noise of the nightclub until 5am every night. Perhaps it could be mentioned on the website that only the ground floor apartments are suitable if you are not happy to climb stairs.
Finally, we had only 1 towel per person for our entire stay. It would have been better to be able to change towels-i.e. 2 towels per person.

Very close to the centre, very modern, Very clean, very secure and Very very hepfull staff. This is the second time weve used the accomidation and as the first time it was exelent. Thank you so much.

I browsed many offers before choosing this apartment and I'm happy I didn't go wrong: I really liked apartment's plan, small entrance, intimate kitchen, bedroom with nice view on towers of bazylika mariacka; one evening it was foggy and the bell towers, illuminated, stood out of the darkness in a very fascinating way. Price was rather cheap, convenient, I hope in high season it will not double or triple. The girl who met us on arriving and leaving (Natalia Szczepaniak?) spoke a good English and was kind and punctual, we thank her. Well, see you next time, and have a nice Christmas and new year.
A minus? We found salt/pepper/sugar/coffee but no oil and vinegar, I think it could be good to add them too.

Ubicacion tremendamente buena, justo al lado de la plaza mayor. Zona muy turistica y bohemia, tranquilidad y amabilidad por todas partes.
Las chicas son las mas guapas que he visto en todos mis viajes. Es muy facil enamorarse en esta ciudad, tanto por la propia urbe como por sus urbanitas.
Adicionalmente al apartamento, contratamos los servicios de Marga como guia turistica. Simplemente decir que te hace sentir un polaco mas.
Puntos que??? Ningun punto negativo. Seguro que alguien dira que el idioma es muy complicado pero con un minimo de ingles te entienden en cualquier lado.

good location, very well equipped flat, very clean. Very kind and collaborative staff, very effient for the organization of the entire stay (transfer, etc.)
The only problem of the apartent is indeed the fact that kitchen and rooms communicate. Little privacy, or all have to sleep at the same time. For us it was not a problem.

La localización, el equipamiento, la atención personal, la limpieza, etc. todo estaba muy bien.
La distribución del apartamento no ofrece ninguna intimidad a los ocupantes. Quizás es demasiado pequeño para 7 personas
