We have just opened for you our new apartment at Sienna Street. There, on the first floor, you can stay at our cosy and quiet apartment that can sleep up to 4 people. The twin beds in the bedroom can be arranged into a double bed, and the very confortable sofa bed can be unfolded to sleep two people as well. The fully equipped kitchen is our standard, just as satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Another comfortable apartment of ours – Sienna I – which can sleep up to three people, is located on the same floor.Our clients regard the Sienna I and Sienna II apartments an excellent choice for reasonable money in the very heart of Krakow, within a 2-minute walk from the Main Market.
Conditions:
1. Arrival, departure:
Check in time: from 2 pm, check out time: till 12 am.
Please, inform us about the time of your arrival (in case of the change of time).
2. Form of Payment: We accept only cash. We ask You kindly to pay the required sum at the arrival day.
3. Pets: aren't accepted in the apartment.
4. Arrival:
till 8 p.m. - free of charge
between; 10 p.m.-07.00 a.m. - extra paid: 100zł
5. It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment.
6. While transferring the Apartment, a deposit from the titles of security against potential damages to the Apartment and/or payment for the delay in leaving the apartment is charged. The amount 200pln/100Usd/50GBP/50 Euro of the deposit is defined individually by the Owner of the Apartment. The deposit is returned in its entirety on the Departure Date, on condition the Apartment is transferred back to the Renting Party by the Client on the Departure Date on time, and lack of any damages performed by the Client to the Apartment, or having those covered not later than while transferring the Apartment to the Renting Party on the Departure Date.
The apartment's owner reserves the right to charge the security deposit in amount of 1000 Pln against potential damages in following cases:
-big groups
-stag/hen party
-persons under the age of 25
Above deposit is returned in its entirely on the departure date on condition the Apartment is transferred back to the Renting Party by the Client on the departure date on time, and lack of any damages performed by the Client to the Apartment or having those covered not later than while transferring the Apartment to the Renting Party on Departure Date.7.
We don't accept one day reservations.
Christmas
In days 23-26.12; minimum stay is 3 days
New Year's Eve
In the New Years period starts from 28.12. till 02.01, the minimum stay is 4 days.
Easter-minimum stay is 3 days
Long weekend 01-04 of May
During the log weekend in the days of 28.04-06.05, the minimum stay is 3 days.
