It is our great pleasure to invite you to the apartment located at the ground floor of a tenement house at Urzędnicza Street. The newly renovated and modernised University Apartment offers two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The name of the apartment stems from its perfect location close to several most important Krakow’s universities. Bus and tram stops as well as a taxi rank are just within a few dozen meters. However, it is also worth mentioning that the apartment is outside the controlled parking zone so you can park your car at a nearby parking lot or directly at the tenement house free of charge. For visitors to Krakow the Main Market is a must, and it is just within a 10-minute walk, though you can also take a tram. As a bonus to your stay at the University Apartment, you will find one free ticket for Krakow public transport. The apartment has two bedrooms. One has twin beds that can be combined into a comfortable double bed. In the other bedroom there is a single bed and a comfortable foldable sofa where you can relax after a tiring day. Additional beds are possible as well. The apartment is decorated with unique photographs taken by “Foto Garzyńska”, a renowned Krakow’s photographic studio. The kitchen, which is predominantly white and green, is equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories such as espresso coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, microwave oven, 4 burner cooker and oven. The University Apartment is an ideal choice for all those who are looking for accommodation in the city centre at a reasonable price, and with fast and easy access to the Main Market. The apartment’s location at the ground floor is surely a convenient solution for elderly visitors or for families with children. With the latter in mind, a baby bed, high chair and baby wash tub are available free of charge.A 24/7 supermarket is located within a 2-minute walk from the apartment. So is an open market where you can but fresh fruit or vegetables, money exchange, bank branches, ATMs, florists, several pubs and many service providers. Our youngest guests can enjoy several excellent playgrounds as well as a free visit at one of the biggest Polish climbing walls which is just within a 12-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment's owner reserves the right to charge the security deposit in amount of 1000 Pln against potential damages in following cases:
-big groups
-stag/hen party
-persons under the age of 25
Above deposit is returned in its entirely on the departure date on condition the Apartment is transferred back to the Renting Party by the Client on the departure date on time, and lack of any damages performed by the Client to the Apartment or having those covered not later than while transferring the Apartment to the Renting Party on Departure Date.
