The apartments Amigos, Friends, Travellers and Family are in the same tenement and together can accommodate up to 29 people.

* If the arrival date is a Friday or a Saturday, the minimal required staying nights are 2, otherwise an additonal fee - 200 pln/50 Euro/45 GBP will be charged.
The apartment's owner reserves the right to charge the security deposit in amount of 1000 Pln against potential damages in following cases:
-big groups
-stag/hen party
-persons under the age of 25
Above deposit is returned in its entirely on the departure date on condition the Apartment is transferred back to the Renting Party by the Client on the departure date on time, and lack of any damages performed by the Client to the Apartment or having those covered not later than while transferring the Apartment to the Renting Party on Departure Date.

In the New Years period starts from 28.12. till 02.01, the minimum stay is 4 days

The minimum stay is 3 days
Long weekend 01-04 of May
During the log weekend in the days of 28.04-06.05, the minimum stay is 3 days.
