In one of the most interesting streets of the Old Town - Św. Jana (St. John) street, is the location of luxury apartments, John I and John II. The historic tenement constitutes a peculiar contrast with modern and cosy apartments. An unquestionable asset of the apartments is their location – you leave them to enter directly into the very centre of the Krakow life. Nonetheless, the apartments are quiet and no one will disturb your peace.
A 2-room apartment John I is situated on the first floor. It has been designed with attention to every detail – setting of lights, brick wall fragments, glass accessories, and all of that is kept in the shades of brown, beige and white, making the apartment cosy and comfortable.The apartment consists of: bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom with washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen connected with living room. Above the kitchen, there is a convenient mezzanine with two single beds. Besides facilities typical of our apartments - satellite TV, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, coffee machine, dishwasher, iron, you have free spring water and fast, wireless internet connection at your disposal. For our youngest guests, we have prepared a magic chest full of toys.
The building which houses the apartment is being continuously renovated, thus the staircase, as many others in the old town, in places reveals its remote history.
Security deposit – while quartering 500 PLN per apartment caution is paid. The whole sum will be given back while departing unless some damage had been made.
John 2 Apartment is located in the same builidng.
* If the arrival date is a Friday or a Saturday, the minimal required staying nights are 2, otherwise an additonal fee - 200 pln/50 Euro/45 GBP will be charged.
The apartment's owner reserves the right to charge the security deposit in amount of 1000 Pln against potential damages in following cases:
-big groups
-stag/hen party
-persons under the age of 25
Above deposit is returned in its entirely on the departure date on condition the Apartment is transferred back to the Renting Party by the Client on the departure date on time, and lack of any damages performed by the Client to the Apartment or having those covered not later than while transferring the Apartment to the Renting Party on Departure Date.

In days 23-26.12; minimum stay is 3 days
New Year's Eve
In the New Years period starts from 28.12. till 02.01, the minimum stay is 4 days.
Easter
The minimum stay is 3 days
Long weekend 01-04 of May
During the log weekend in the days of 28.04-06.05, the minimum stay is 3 days.
