Fantastic location!!!!
Justyna (who met us at the apartment) was very helpful and went the extra mile and gave my mother a box of chocolates as it was my mother's birthday whilst we were in Krakow!! Thank you Justyna
Re someones comments on here re no drinking glasses, these were provided in the apartment whilst we were there.
Another guest has posted there was no TV channels in their language (may have been Spanish) .. why would you want to watch TV when you are visiting a beautiful City?? Needless to say, I did not turn on the TV. Anyhow, I mentioned this to Justyna and she advised me that the TV has satellite and that many channels are available from around the world.

Great location, lovely apartment which was well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Transfers from airport and back were very efficient and we never had to wait. If we visit Krakow again we would definitely use this company again and stay in this apartment if it is available.
Can't think of any negative points!
