The apartment was very cool, charming and just as we expected. Everything was like the description of the place.
The location was excellent. Just outside the old town, close to the Wawel Castle and very quiet (in the backyard).
The transport to the airport was very fast and comfortable. And the staff was very accommodating.
Very cold! We were there for new years and we had difficulty heating up the apartment. The floor was heated but it did not do anything for the general heat and it felt cold.
The biggest problem was the bathroom not being heated sufficiently, and the shower ran out of heat in 15 minutes. Made for an unpleasant experience on new years’ eve when the hot water disappeared before we had finished showering. And it didn’t get better during our stay, even though the staff came by to take a look.

The apartment is central and in a beautiful enviroment. The service from the airport and to the airport was very good. We liked the atmosphere of the apartment and the furniture, were warm enough with the heating system and with the electric device for heating. The bathroom was functional, the bed upstairs fascinating.
We had problem with one of the keys. We didn't receive instructions about the use of the electronic cooking plate, so we didn't cook anything, and used only the water heater for tea and coffee. The supply og hygienic paper was poor and we had to buy, as well as bags for rubbish

Very accommodating to allow us in at 8.30 am.Shower was excellent. Very clean. Punctual staff. The house keys worked well.
Heated towel rail did not work which meant we could not dry our towels all week.
Washing machine did not work which meant we could not clean our clothes. Or dry our handwashed garments as the towel rail did not heat. Very compact bed area and it was difficult to get down the stairs from the bed if you are tall.
We would have liked to be shown how to use the oven top. No instruction on how to use the heating as it was cold inside. It was difficult to communicate

Sehr zentral gelegen, also zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten konnte man problemlos zu Fuss gehen. SUPER!!!
