when the wifi wasn't working the girls worked very hard to get it up and running, lovely staff and apartment was situated in a very central area and it was a lovely apartment.
it wasn't the apartment I booked, I booked the Primavera and got the Autunno(sp*) instead which only had two bedrooms so I had to sleep in the living quarters. also I had emailed about an airport transfer on arrival but there was response or a driver waiting.

Great location - furniture great.
Transfers were very efficient.
Dissapointed that there was no "assigned" seating area - i.e. seatee. Confusion over numbers staying in the appartment and making payment.

Really great apartment in a great location, would recommend it to anyone.
Some minor confusion from order regarding numbers staying and payment, but all resolved fairly quickly.
