The apartment was well equipped, spotlessly clean, in an ideal location.We were greeted on arrival, given a run through of facilities and nearby points of interest, restaurants and bars.On leaving we were again given help and information by a professional friendly member of staff.The driver arranged by the company was prompt for both pickups, was friendly and knowledgeable about the city. Everything was excellent. No noise from the street or the building.

Everything was super: the apartament was very clean, in a superb location - a few steps from the Rynek (the Main Square), in 2 minutes walking you can find some shops open 24 hours a day.... very useful if you need some milk, water or vodka :-) at midnight We lived there with our 29 months old child, and we think that it is the perfect apartment for a family with a child or two children... not very big (so you don't have to spend the all day in cleaning) but wery well furnished (frankly speaking, I would have loved to find a washing machine..... but I knew there wasn't)

A great base when visiting Krakow. Recommended, especially for 2 people.
