Very central location

It was definitely not 'Silent' at night - being next door/above a nightclub made it very noisy until early morning - particularly if you wanted to keep a window open.
Some slight confusion over how payment could be made( as per previous comment, I was told that I could pay balance by credit card), but this was soretd in the end, which was appreciated

The apartment layout was comfortable.Plenty of room for 4 persons. Security and access to the building was good. Very nice to have the lift.
The apartment was not as clean as the Friends Apartment. The dishwasher was broken and full of dirty dishes on arrival. The counters and table need to be washed down. Some maintenance is required.

Brilliant apartment- we were really happy with the standard of accomodation, and particularly the location. Would definitely recommend
Because I booked 3 apartments, I was told I could pay by credit card. But it turned out I could only pay for CC for 2, which meant I had to find cash for the other one.

Perfect location in the center of the Old Town.
Lot off space for 4 persons. Nice apartment.
The dishwashing machine was broken. More towels needed. Some of the lights was broken.

A large comfortable apartment for 4 people and in extremely close proximity to Krakow's main square. Staff most helpful in all aspects.
Apartment would benefit from more maintenance/cleaning. Glass splashback in kitchen cracked and hotwater tap in shower extremely hot. Two of us received burns from the hot tap whilst in the shower.

Świetna lokalizacja, wysoki standard - apartament bardzo ładny i przestronny, również klatka schodowa bardzo zadbana i bezpieczna (zamykana brama od ulicy), miła i bezproblemowa obsługa. Zdecydowanie polecam ten apartament, warto z niego skorzystać!
